The conference fee includes:
- welcome reception
- participation in all sessions
- coffee and refreshments during coffee breaks
- a meal at the university cafeteria
- conference dinner
All conference participants are required to register.
If a session has two or more co-chairs, only one of them should submit the abstract.
After submitting the registration form, we will send a confirmation to the e-mail address provided.
Participation in the conference is not guaranteed until the full registration fee has been received.
We offer several types of conference fees:
PLN 1,500 – early bird fee (until 15 July 2026)
PLN 2,000 – regular fee (until 16 August 2026)
PLN 300 – PhD student fee (until 16 August 2026)
