They have affected the safety of students and staff in schools both physical and psychological.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>School leaders play a crucial role in creating environments that foster academic success while addressing the psychological impacts of crises. Their efforts in promoting a culture of safety and support within the school community are invaluable and integral to the education system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The&nbsp; conference on Educational Leadership and Management for Safety &nbsp;will address the urgent need to develop school culture focused on safety in all aspects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The conference aims to provide educators with the scientific tools, evidence-based strategies, and theoretical insights to foster adaptive, inclusive, and sustainable learning environments.
